this heartland is from a high fantasy au
- heartland is a
total sleazemastersorcerer who's way too into dark magic to be entirely human at this point. weird things happen around him like wilting flowers and extra eyeballs growing on things. - arkwrights = elves. byron was the elf king but was sacrificed by faker as per usual (but hasn't come back as tron yet), thomas is his bastard half-human child
- this is a terrible burnship au so thomas kept sneaking heartland into elf lands. it was horrible and many plants died (chris had to gather the council that got together in byron's absence to kick him out)
- faker's a fairly powerful noble and kaito's his son, sent to live with heartland and study magic. great job faker a+ tutor choice
- kazuma was a great adventurer who traipsed around the kingdoms and left his tiny son at home with his grandmother and big sis. also got sacrificed by faker (who is a shitty doctor)
